Apprenticeship slot inside our Academy Team Track: $0 upfront, paid back via an Income Share Agreement after placement. You shadow a senior engineer on a real client retainer, with weekly 1:1s and a structured 12-month curriculum.

What you will own

  • Pair with a senior on at least one live retainer.
  • Complete the Academy curriculum: Linux foundations, Kubernetes, Terraform, observability.
  • Ship at least one production change per month, reviewed by your mentor.
  • Be honest in retros — this only works if you say what you don't understand.

What we are looking for

  • Basic Linux + scripting (Bash or Python).
  • Curiosity that survives a 2am incident retro.
  • Willingness to sign an Income Share Agreement (capped, no equity).
